Call for Papers

Each of these topic areas is as below but the sub-topics list is not exhaustive. Papers may address one or more of the listed sub-topics, although authors should not feel limited by them. Publication

All papers (Accepted and Presented)  has opportunity for publication  in IEEE Xplore after each paper is thoroughly reviewed and (if any) satisfactorily modified according to the reviewer comments.

Selected and extended papers will be considered for journal publication
(Paper must be extended. 10-20% difference)
